In line with the latest announcement from the State Government, our facilities, including the East Perth office, will be required to maintain contact registers for WA Health Department COVID-19 contact tracing, from Saturday 5 December 2020. If COVID-19 is detected in the WA community, contact registers help to protect us all by enabling the WA Health Contact Team to quickly identify and assist anyone that may have been exposed to COVID-19.
This means that every time you or your family enter our accommodation facilities for your holiday, you must register your attendance and can do so via the SafeWA app.
We have laminated and placed a QR code that can be scanned at each venue so that this is an easy and seamless process for all our guests. If you do not have a smartphone or cannot download the SafeWA application we have also provided a manual paper register in every unit that you can fill in with your feedback forms. These forms are treated with the strictest security and we take our guest's privacy very seriously. They will be returned to the office and kept as per the State Government requirements.
