At Tommy Sugo, all recipes are family created, and our raviolis are quite possibly the tastiest that exist!
Tommy Sugo Modern Italian is brought to you by Nathan and his father-in-law, Sam…The Chef + The Naturopath.

After years at the round table aka dinners at the in-laws, Nathan decided that the delicious pasta meals he’d become accustomed to were just too good to keep to the family and it was time to take it to the people. And so Tommy Sugo Modern Italian – the modern Italian concept – was born. A small take away in Nedlands serving cooked food.

Tommy Sugo now caters for a large range of dietary requirements. As Nathan the founder is passionate about healthy eating, we now have:
Gluten Free range (huge range of ever-growing options)
Spelt Raviolis (2 different 10,000-year-old spelt grain ravioli options - these tend to be gentler on the tummy, slightly higher in fibre and slightly lower in carbs)
Low carb / Keto pasta - these have less than 4% carbs, and actually taste like normal pasta
Zucchini Zoodles - a completely pretend pasta substitute - made from 100% spiralised zucchini, they look and have a similar texture to pasta, and are gluten free / low carb and 100% fresh veg!
Traditional pastas - yes we have the range of amazing gourmet pastas that are all made by Sam the Sicilian father in law!
