K Villa is an ultra-contemporary luxury villa; it offers the latest modern facilities, a flat screen LED TV, iPod stations, WiFi Internet and solar powered water heating.

The Villa encircles a walled garden of lawns and calming water pool, an open-sided Bale (Balinese gazebo) and outdoor seating and al fresco dining. The semi-open ground-floor reveals an open-plan living-dining area, with fully-equipped kitchen and a dining table for eight. Adjoining is an all-enclosed TV / Lounge room, plus washroom with shower.

A palatial Master Suite takes over the entire upper floor, with centre-piece reversible wall section with flat screen LED TV - while the en-suite bathroom, with sunken stone bath, leads out to a private rooftop terrace. Two smaller detached bedrooms, are linked either side of the main building by timbered walkways across pools, and provide more privacy.

• 2 bedroom $439 per night
• 1 bedroom $389 per night

Booking Conditions:

• All the Bali Villas have a surcharge from 1 June to 15 Aug ($60) and 24 Dec to 5 Jan ($90).
• All bookings are no refund policy.
• Most of the Bali Villas are in different areas, and can have the extra bed available at extra cost from $80 to $100 per person per night.
