Membership costs just $110 per year and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Members can potentially save 1000’s every year and since we are a not-for-profit, we charge a membership fee to keep running effectively and ensure all benefits go straight back to our loyal and happy members.

Our holiday homes in WA are located in Albany (opposite Middleton Beach), Busselton (200m from the beach and Town Centre), Kalbarri (opposite the banks of the Murchison River) and Preston Beach (the closest accommodation to the 4WD track and beach).
Our other locations include - Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Shoal Bay, Cairns, Caloundra, Fraser Coast, Gold Coast, Hobart City, Launceston, St Helens, Swansea, Echuca-Moama, and more!
Our holiday home rates start at $99 per night per unit (not per person) off peak and from $129 per night per unit at peak rates. There is also a $50 compulsory cleaning charge to cover your linen and getting your apartment ready. Guests are expected to clean up any mess made (dishes washed and put away, sweep crumbs, empty & wipe fridge, oven and microwave if used) and our caretakers take care of the rest.
Yes, of course and both the use of the cot and/or the highchair is completely free of charge, but must be booked in advance.
Yes! Absolutely. Both Albany & Kalbarri have a fold out ottoman with mattress including sheets (beds made), for an additional $25. To ensure availability please request in advance.
In WA, both the Albany and Kalbarri apartments have 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with two single beds) and can accommodate 4 adults.
Our Busselton and Preston Beach apartments have 3 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and two with two single beds each) and can accommodate 6 adults.
All bookings must be a minimum of 2 nights. We require 2 days notice prior to your booking, to make sure we are ready for you and everything is in order.
Our holiday homes fill up fast and in order to secure your booking we need 100% paid upfront at the time of booking. Terms and conditions apply to cancellations and transfers so check your dates and lock it in.
Normal off-peak rates apply all year as a default, but peak rates overrule certain periods where we incur extra expenses. For example, weekends, school holidays, public holidays and long weekends.
We supply some linen so that you enjoy your stay, but we do not change linen daily or at any time during your stay. Linen supplied includes, sheets (beds made), bath towels and tea towels. Linen will be supplied for the number of people staying in the unit but personal towels such as face washers & beach towels, you will need to bring with you.
We have 2 units in Busselton, 1 in Kalbarri & 1 in Albany that can accommodate a small dog. You must let us know at the time of booking that you have a pet as surcharges for cleaning and terms and conditions apply.
